Piclay provides photography and related creative services, including portrait sessions, events, commercial shoots, and digital content delivery. Service details will be agreed upon prior to booking.
2.Provide photography services
A booking is confirmed only after receiving a deposit or full payment (if applicable).

Deposits are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.
Final payments must be completed before delivery of final images.
We reserve the right to cancel bookings if payment terms are not met.
3.Rescheduling and Cancellations
Clients may request rescheduling with prior notice (minimum 48 hours recommended).
Rescheduling is subject to availability.
Last-minute cancellations may result in deposit forfeiture.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, emergencies), we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule.
4.Creative Rights
All images captured by Piclay remain the intellectual property of the photographer unless otherwise agreed in writing. We retain the right to use images for:
Portfolio and website display
Social media and marketing
Editorial submissions
Clients may request limited-use restrictions in advance.
5.Client Usage Rights
Clients receive personal usage rights for delivered images, including:
Social media sharing
Personal printing
Non-commercial use
Commercial usage requires prior written approval or licensing.
6.Editing and Delivery
All final images are edited in Piclay’s signature style.
Raw files are not included unless specified.
Delivery timelines vary by project and will be communicated at booking.
Minor revision requests may be accepted within a reasonable scope.
7.Liability
Piclay will take the utmost care in capturing and preserving your images. However:
We are not liable for circumstances beyond our control (weather, venue restrictions, accidents, equipment failure).
In the rare case of total image loss, liability is limited to the amount paid.
8.Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
Securing necessary permissions (locations, permits)
Arriving on time
Ensuring cooperation of participants during sessions.
9.Website Use
All content on this website, including images, text, and branding, is owned by Piclay and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without permission.
10.Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect and protect your data.
